Payment Methods

BC Controller allows the use of the following payment methods:

• Credit cards (including Visa, Mastercard, AMEX)
• Bank transfer
• On delivery (only available for orders placed in Italy, with an additional cost of 5 euros)
• Paypal

PS The receipt is included in the shipping package and for practical reasons regarding the warranty service, the customer is advised to take a photo/scan, as the latter is necessary for the performance of the warranty service.

Shipping: possible destinations

National, international and Swiss shipments are available (in the latter case, following the purchase checkout on the site, it is possible to monitor the transport costs including those related to customs clearance).

Shipping: transport costs, delivery times and advanced services for shipment tracking                                   

Below are the features of BC Battery Controller shipping and delivery service:

• Shipping costs are 6.5 euros for orders under 75 euros.
• Shipping costs are free for orders over 75 euros
• Couriers do not deliver by appointment (it is advisable to indicate an address where there is a guarantee of availability)
• Capillary delivery network (offered by our partner GLS)
• Fast delivery (carried out by express courier within 24/48 hours from receipt of the order in the case of national shipping, within 72 hours in the case of international shipping)
• Possibility for the customer to track and monitor the order (by receiving the waybill number and link via email and SMS by the end of the working day within which the order was processed)

• Delivery to street level
• If the courier cannot find the customer, they usually leave a notification and make another attempt the next day. If this attempt is also unsuccessful, the shipment will be put into storage.

Electronic invoicing:

We inform our online store customers that, if requested at the time of ordering, the electronic invoice will be issued within 14 days from the date of purchase .

Shipping times for credit card payment:

We inform our kind customers that, due to a delay in the computer system in notifying the payment, the shipment could be slightly delayed (maximum 48 hours).

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and are working to resolve the issue and further improve the efficiency of our delivery service.

Return of goods*

You can make your free return within 10 days with GLS courier. The collection of the package for the return will be organized by BC Battery Controller and the full amount will be refunded except for any transaction costs that will be borne by the customer.
