The X-PRO range  is the high-end Battery Support Unit-Charger series that combines our best automatic charging technology with 11 cycles with a series of additional functions, such as power supply/voltage stabilizer for software updating of the ECUs of all cars, automatic maintenance for each type of battery, showroom mode for use in car dealerships; all functions studied in detail to make the daily use experience comfortable and efficient for the professional.

4 OPERATING MODES:

• Charge:for 12 V Lead or Lithium batteries (LFP ex. Lifepo4, li ion) from 10 to 600 Ah.
• Diagnosis: supports up to 60 A 12 V vehicle batteries in the diagnostic phase (voltage selectable between 12.8V and 14.8V).
• Showroom: provides the battery with current compensation when using the electrical accessories of a demo vehicle.
• Tester: used to check battery voltage, evaluate the starting system (starter + battery) and the condition of the vehicle's alternator.

AUTOMATIC WINDING:

• Prolongs the life and performance of lead acid batteries(gel, AGM, liquid, calcium, etc.) and lithium batteries (LFP ex. Lifepo4, lithium ions).
• Specific charging curve in 11 steps(lead-acid battery) or 10 steps (lithium-iron phosphate battery) without supervision.
• Recovers deep discharge batteries >1.25V (automatic recovery).
• Voltage: the charger operates at a supply voltage between 100 and 265 Volts.
• Fully automatic intelligent charging curve in 10 or 11 steps (50% faster than a traditional charger), the 11 steps of the charging cycle (10 steps in the case of lithium batteries, as they do not require desulfurization).

 These performances are requested by car manufacturers (such as Audi, Mercedes and BMW) who require total safety performances for updating the software of the electronic control units or for the simple use of the product as a charge maintainer in showrooms. In this way, any risk to the vehicle or the structure in which it is positioned can be prevented.

 The German car manufacturers themselves require two fundamental performances for software updates:

• extremely fast reaction times by the voltage stabilizer in the presence of new loads to prevent the software update from being interrupted
• for some car models, maximum currents of up to 110-120 Ampere at a stabilized voltage are required

The XPRO range has a global passport. The extended input voltage range is 100 to 240V. This feature makes it usable without any problem anywhere in the world, while its compact size and the absence of a battery inside allow easy transport and shipping even by air (in total compliance with IATA regulations on air transport).

 X-PRO 60

X-PRO 60 has a maximum current of 60 Ampère, and combines absolutely excellent performance in terms of efficiency and safety with an ultra-compact, light and thin design: with its weight, this product is really practical for use in the workshop or showroom, where it can be placed under the vehicle to always keep it loaded, transport it easily thanks to the ergonomic handle or hang it on a lift or any workshop wall thanks to the integrated wall bracket.

On the high contrast LCD display it is possible to read all the main parameters (use mode, selected battery type, maximum charging current, real-time values ​​on the state of charge, voltage, energy entering the battery (Ah ) and time of use) and information on the selected mode (battery charger, stabilizer or showroom), while using the 3 buttons it is possible to select the different programs and set all the parameters.

The Dinse-type connectors, typically used for professional bodywork equipment, guarantee a safe and stable connection, avoiding voltage drops and ensuring maximum precision of the voltage set during programming.

 BATTERY CHARGER MODE

X-PRO 60 is an extremely versatile product, perfect for those looking for a high-tech product capable of solving any problem regarding the battery: it is in fact capable of recovering deeply discharged batteries, equalizing or initializing new batteries, desulphating batteries used.

•  The products of the X-PRO range are able to recover batteries starting from 1.25V (the lowest level on the market), charging them and keeping them perfectly charged in a completely automatic way.

• X-PRO 60 is completely configurable by the user via the keys on the side of the display, from which it is possible to select:

1. the maximum charging current from 1 Amp to 60 Amp,
2. the type of battery to be recharged (Traditional, AGM, Start&stop, Calcium/Calcium, Lithium) for both starting and traction
3. in the lithium battery charging mode, depending on whether it is to be installed on the vehicle or stored in the warehouse, the maximum charging percentage can be selected (25%,50%,75%,100%)
4. the maximum charging time

 Once all the parameters have been set, the charging algorithm autonomously carries out the 11 phases of the charging cycle (10 in the case of lithium batteries, since they do not require desulphation):

1. Initial battery check: check that the battery is in optimal condition to be recharged/recovered by ensuring that there are no short circuits between one or more battery cells.
2. Recovery (from 1.25V) if the battery is in an extreme discharge condition (starting from 1.25V), the device tries to perform recovery in order to bring it to higher voltages, compatible with the next phase .

4. Light charge: if the battery is very low, the device provides a light pulsed current to allow the battery to overcome the critical phase.

6. Main charge: during this phase the battery can recover up to 85-90% of its capacity, thanks to the charger's ability to deliver full current.

Desulfation: in this phase, in order to restore the remaining 10-15% of the battery capacity, the device provides a "controlled overcharge" through the desulfation/recovery of the lead-acid cells (for mild or medium sulfation levels). It is also possible to carry out in-depth, high-performance desulfation on worn batteries (function that can be deactivated by the user)
9. Battery check: at the end of the charging cycle the device interrupts the power supply for a few tens of minutes and checks that the battery is able to retain the charge received during the previous cycles.  This phase is repeated periodically at regular intervals.
10. Maintenance: thanks to a specially designed electronic circuit, the device maintains the battery charge during periods of non-use, without overheating, overcharging and loss of water/electrolyte.
11. Monthly equalization: this phase is performed every 30 days in order to rebalance the battery cells, thus avoiding electrolyte stratification phenomena.

 POWER SUPPLY/VOLTAGE STABILIZER MODE:

You can select the power supply voltage between 12.8V and 14.8V; Maximum safety is guaranteed thanks to an automatic system for disconnection and interruption of power supply in the event of sudden battery anomalies (such as shorted cells or open battery).

The maximum current is guaranteed indefinitely: the user can set the maximum current value from the menu, and this is then automatically maintained.

 SHOWROOM MODE

This mode was specifically developed to allow the use of the device in showrooms: when connected to the vehicle, BC only when power is restored: all parameters in memory will be automatically restored.

This system greatly facilitates the user's work, who will no longer have to worry about connecting and disconnecting the device every day.
